Terms and Conditions for Courses at Python Academy UG (haftungsbeschränkt) & Co. KG

1   Course Location

The courses take place at the teaching center of Python Academy UG (haftungsbeschränkt) & Co. KG at:

2   Course Times

The courses start at 9:00 a.m. and finished about 5:00 p.m. There is one lunch break of one hour and two breaks, 15 minutes each, one in the morning an one in the afternoon. The trainer may arrange different times at the first course day for the following if there is agreement between all course participants.

3   Registration

The Registration needs to be in written form including the following data:

  • course name, course date, price
  • company name with mail address and phone number
  • first and last name of participant

Registration forms are provided in different formats at the web site of Python Academy.

With the registration you acknowledge the terms and conditions. There is a written confirmation of the registration.

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone courses, if there are not enough participants, there is a cancellation of the trainer, or other important reasons that we are not responsible for. This may happen after registration confirmation. The course participants will be informed immediately about this.

Already made payments for a canceled course will be refunded immediately. If the participant can not take part in a postponed course, the made payments will be refunded. The participant needs to inform Python Academy in writing about this.

4   Services

The course price involves the following services:

  • training by authorized trainers
  • course material
  • use of the technical equipment for training purposes
  • break refreshments
  • German lunch (full meal)

5   Terms of Payment

All prices are plus VAT. Billing will be after registration. The course fee shown in the bill is due upon receiving of bill. There is a discount of 10% per person for booking of groups, that is more than two persons on one registration form.

6   Cancellation and Rebooking

Cancellation from the 14th calendar day before the beginning of the course will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the course fee. Seven calendar days before the beginning of the course it will be 80%. 50 % of paid cancellation fees are applied to vouchers for future courses. The vouchers will be valid for one year form the date of issue. A replacement participant can be announced any time without any additional cost. A rebooking to another course is always possible without additional costs.

7   Certificate

After completion of a course all participants will receive a certificate, proving there successfully curse participation.

8   Final Provisions

Modifications or additions to this agreement need to be in written form. These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is agreed to be the domicile of Python Academy UG (haftungsbeschränkt) & Co. KG. If single terms of the above mentioned terms and conditions are or will turn ineffective, all other terms and conditions will stay in effect. The ineffective terms and conditions will be replaced with an effective one that is closest to the goal of the term.
