Open Python Courses
Course Topics
Currently we offer the courses Python for Nonprogrammers for participants without programming knowledge and Python for Programmers if they have experience with programming. The course Python for Scientists and Engineers introduces Python tools for scientific and technical applications.

Other Courses
The are many courses detailed under Special Topics that are offered as Company Courses only.
However, if you are interested in one of these courses as an individual please contact us. We might be able to place you in a company course or, if there is enough demand, set up an open course for the topic.
Course Location
The courses are given at the teaching center of the Python Academy here in Leipzig. There are several hotels in the vicinity of the center. A tram trip from the city center (main railway station) takes only about 16 minutes. Therefore, any hotel in the city center is also convenient.
Organizational Details
A course day starts at 9am and ends 5pm.
Cold and warms drinks and snacks throughout the day as well as a full-size lunch in a restaurant are included in the course fee.
We provide teaching computers with Windows installed. You are welcome to bring your own notebook with the OS of your choice. Please tell us in advance if you plan to do so. We will inform you about the software needed for the course.
Besides the comprehensive teaching material, every participant of the introductory course will also receive a Python textbook.
